Park 24 Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that a meeting of the Board of Directors held today has decided to pay a commemorative dividend with the year-end dividends for the fiscal year ending October 2007. Details are as follows:

1. Reasons for Adjustment of Dividend Forecasts

 This year is the 10th year since Park 24 listed on the share exchange. We are very grateful to our stakeholders for their support over this period.
 As an expression of our gratitude to our shareholders, in addition to common dividends, Park 24 is planning to pay a dividend to mark this anniversary at the time of the 23rd regular shareholders' meeting that will be held in January 2008.
 As a result, the annual dividend will be 30.00yen.

2.Adjustment of Dividend Forecasts for the Fiscal Year Ending October 2007

* On November 1, 2006, Park 24 Co., Ltd. declared a 2-for-1 share split. Therefore, the dividend per share for the current period effectively corresponds to an increase in dividends of 17.50yen (The dividend per share for the fiscal year ending October 2006 after the share split is 12.50yen)
