Park24 Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that a meeting of its Board of Directors, held today, has resolved to relocate the Company's head office. Details are as follows.

3. Reason for Relocation
  The decision to relocate has been made to accommodate an expansion of business, accompanied by an increase in staff, and to improve operating efficiency.

4. Impact on Performance
  The expenses associated with the relocation will have no impact on the forecasts for the fiscal year ending October 2007.

  The registered address of head office will be changed from the current address in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo to the new address in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, once approval to change the address of head office in Article 3 of the Articles of Incorporation has been given at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in January 2008.
