Sublease

It is a business model in which the Park24 Group manages and operates parking facilities constructed on land obtained in a lump-sum lease.
The Park24 Group bears the expenses for all equipment, signboards and others required to launch a parking facility. Proceeds from the parking facility belong to the Park24 Group and a fixed rent is paid monthly to the landowner.
Times Parking facilities are operated under this model.

Facility Management Services

The Park24 Group merely manages parking facilities under contract without leasing land.
Under this model, the owner is the operator of the parking facility and covers expenses for all the equipment, signboards and others required for its launch.
Proceeds from the parking facility belong to the owner, and the owner pays the management service fee to the Park24 Group.

Reservation-only Parking

The Park24 Group provides a platform between landowners and drivers without leasing land.
Owners register idle spaces on the system and lease them as parking spaces. There is no need to install parking equipment and owners may set the lease period at their discretion.
A fixed ratio of the parking fees paid by drivers is paid to owners.
