Aug.1971

Nishikawa Shokai Co., Ltd., the predecessor company of PARK24, is established.

Dec.1991

The first "Times," 24-hour unmanned hourly parking facility, begins operation.

Mar.1997

The Company's stock is registered for OTC trading with the Japan Securities Dealers Association.

Apr.1998

The first Times with the "Park & Charge" facility begins operation, equipped with battery chargers for recharging electric vehicles.

Apr. 2000

The Company's stock listing is transferred to the First Section of the TSE.

Nov.

 TPS (Times Partner Service) business begins operation.

Dec.

 Online provision of information covering availability and location of Times begins.
Sep. 2001

The Company completes the first securitization of parking assets in Japan.

Mar.2003

The Company inaugurates the Times Club point incentive program, utilizing the TONIC (Times Online Network & Information Center) system.

Jan.2004

Koichi Nishikawa is appointed new President.

Mar.

The medium- to long-term management plan, "Innovate and Impact Plan 2004-2008," is announced.

Nov. Executive officer system is introduced.

May.2005

 

The Company starts issuing "Times Business Card," a cashless payment service for corporate users.

GS Park24 Co., Ltd. is established in South Korea.
